View Full Version : Complete Hosting Template in Flash!
breaweb 07-03-2002, 05:54 PM Hello,
I've really enjoyed reading all the helpful posts and viewing the great works of other designers who offer templates, so I wanted to give it it shot, too.
You can view the template at:
http://www.breawebdesign.com/templates/template1/template1.html
I developed it in Swish, which you may or may not have heard of. It's a much more affordable program for designing flash movies and has some great features. Everything in the template is labeled correctly so if you ever needed to edit it, it would be very easy to do. The entire .swi file, images, and sounds will be included.
Whoever has the highest bid by midnight this Saturday (July 6), will win the template. Feel free to email or PM me with your offer and any questions you have.
Also, if you need any flash intros, banners, or templates, please let me know.
Thanks everyone!
divinetruth 07-03-2002, 06:15 PM wow thats pretty cool, even the music is pretty awesome.

Thank you divinetruth!
It was fun to develop. I'm working on some others, too, so look forward to those soon.
RRolfe 07-03-2002, 06:37 PM excellent design... unless the user doesnt have flash :(
but it does look good.
viGeek 07-03-2002, 06:50 PM I have that background music, that I downloaded from flashkits.com, However you have to the rights to use it on a commercial based website. And or sell a design containing it. Just a FYI for potential buyers.

Very true whw...
I would suggest to the buyer to have an opening page with the choice of the flash site or the HTML site. Like High or Low bandwidth.
Thanks for the compliments!
NoahH 07-03-2002, 10:47 PM Way to ignore vigor's post.
NodeHost 07-03-2002, 11:02 PM How much is the bid to? I will start it out at $50

You're the first bid so the current bid is at $50.00.
Thanks NodeHost!
iamdave 07-03-2002, 11:42 PM It's not the greatest, but it's okay.
m3trans1t 07-04-2002, 03:00 AM uhh, the wallpaper and the graphics are all from Precursor, from www.endeffect.com, since the music was also from elsewhere..
I'd say VERY LITTLE WORK was done.

Oooh.. Busted!
breaweb 07-04-2002, 02:48 PM I'll take the good with the bad. Even though I didn't ask for it, I expected some would provide opinions, which is fine. Some will like it, others won't. I can accept that. I'll admit that I'm not a music composer or an artist, just like others don't have the time to develop a flash site. I am providing that for those who are interested. Whether it's good or bad to you makes no difference. If someone wants to buy the template because they like it, that's up to them.
vigor: Thank you for your comments.
fabrikated: How am I ignoring his post? There was nothing to comment on. Plus, he's not interested in buying the template. I'll be glad to reply to people who show an interest in buying it, which I have done.
iamdave: Thanks!
m3trans1t: Do you know how long it took me to make the template? No, you don't. It doesn't matter if it took an hour or 10 hours.
mlovick: As far as being "busted", that is untrue. The music can be used commercially and the author of the background image has been given credit for his work.
Happy 4th everyone!

The reason you are busted is because you attempted to pass it off as your own. Where did you give credit for his work? It's not on the site, and it's not on the first post. Seems to me you'd have been perfectly happy if no one had ever noticed.
Probably not a good start for ya. Why not give credit where credit's due, or create some original work?
