I've just setup a new hosting account with RZ, and I've setup the nameservers in 123reg, and that domain is working fine.

I've tried to change the nameservers of a .com domain to the new name servers and 123reg is telling me that the nameserver is not in the registry.

From what I've read about this I have to ask 123reg to add it to all registries, or something to that effect.

I've tried ringing them for over 10 hours now, and I've sent off 2 support requests but I've not heard from anyone. A client has been having e-mail problems on his account so I said I would move it to another server, I said it would be done today, but obviously it's not.

Has anyone else had any experience with 123reg support.

Is there any other way to resolve the problem? How long does it take to transfer a domain to anothe registrar.
