The price is $90.00 it sells for $379.95 USD One Time, you will have to pay a transfer fee of $24.95 to Brandee (WHM) for the transfer of the License. Your total cost would be $124.90 when done that is a $265.00 savings.

"an $24.95 activation fee will be applied that would activate the V3 license and extend support & updates for 6 months of continuous service."
Which means, when they pay the transfer fee, it will also take care of the support & update access.
