On my hosting site, I am a Dotster reseller. A new hosting customer of mine went through my site to request a domain transfer from his old registrar, opensrs, to the new one, Dotster.
He did this about 2 days ago, but has yet to receive a confirmation email from opensrs. Is this normal for opensrs? Does anyone have a toll free number that my customer can use? He prefers to just pick up the phone and make sure things are on course.
