On my hosting site, I am a Dotster reseller. A new hosting customer of mine went through my site to request a domain transfer from his old registrar, opensrs, to the new one, Dotster.

He did this about 2 days ago, but has yet to receive a confirmation email from opensrs. Is this normal for opensrs? Does anyone have a toll free number that my customer can use? He prefers to just pick up the phone and make sure things are on course.

Is the admin email address correct in the domain record?

OpenSRS will also send your client to his reseller first - however the confirmation email goes out to the admin email contact nearly immediately when a transfer request is received.
