Web Designers,
3or4 Web Hosting would like to offer a job to all web designers. Basically we would offer web site design to all our signups as an extra. If they choose to accept it then we put them in touch with our web designer. Onc ethe web designer has finished work and shown them sutible screen shots of his/her work - the client can progress to our secure online payment screen and purchase the design for the settled price.

IF the webdesigner is willing to make our hosting website for free then he would recieve 95% of all sales of web design.
IF Not, and he/she just wants to offer his customs to our signups then we will pay him 80% of the sale.

We feel the prices are fair considering we get the webdesigner a client, take all payments and send him/her a cheque for his wages appropriately.

How much would they get paid?
That is between the client and the designer. You deisgn and set a price as the designer, then we accept the payments and send you your earnings.
Example if we agree to pay you 90% then you sell to a client a design for $100 then we will send you a cheque for $90.
