No the price is fixed at $399 monthly.

- Ip addresses are free with justification
- An additional harddrive would cost you: $125 one time
- Adding 256mb ram will cost you $75 one time
- The processor is an XP 1700 it outperforms 1 ghz durons and p3's any day.
