View Full Version : Registerfly didn't bother sending SSL certificate

I bought a SSL certificate for someone through registerfly more then two weeks ago and they just "forgot" to send a verification email. The address it was sent to has no spam filter and my ticket about it has been open for two weeks with no replies.

I paid with my Visa card and I'd really like to chargeback the cost, not for the two figure sum it cost but because I'm so farkin' sick of registerfly and anything that moves them closer to losing their processing capability.

However, I've still got 30+ domains at registerfly (we've moved new ones to stargate though) and I can't lose them (obviously!)

What are my options? They don't answer the phone or reply to tickets and they haven't bothered to send the verification email (all other steps were verified, I'm just awaiting the email. I've clicked "resend" about 200 times)

You might want to read this to get a faster support response.

The same thing happened to me. Open a ticket under support with the CSR and all the information you put into the form as well as the order ID and they'll send the cert to you thru the support area - no need to complain.

I should add that if you bought one of the really cheap ones the address bar in Firefox will show "authenticated by Registerfly.com" which looks a bit cheap :/

Are you serious? Why don't you glance back at the first post again and come back.

I have two unreplied tickets that have been open for more then two weeks about this.

lololol

I can't wait until I've transfered all my domains out :):)

they still haven't replied to my ticket from about a month ago. No certificate has arrived. Go to hell, registerfly.

I think they are already in hell judging from the mess they are in with all their customers and with ICANN
