After I upgraded to 10.2.0 linux pro, some of the my web application file permission is not behaving correctly although i have set it correct.
And it also happened that it is showing error stating that my directory does not exist, but my directory is still there.

Even when i want to change the username of the site... i got errors..

The following .htaccess files are not owned by frontpage, and could interfere with the permission settings of frontpage: /var/www/html/tmp/.htaccess /var/www/html/includes/.htaccess etc...

Try to edit the site with the below command.

#EditVirtDomain site

after that reenable the site with the following command.

#DisableVirtDomain site
#EnableVirtDomain site

This should resolve your issue.
