I saw both sites, and the servers/prices they offer are all the same. Aren't they both a subsidiary of dv2?

The only difference I coudl tell between the two was that eservers has a much better site and more descriptive.

I think eservers resell the dv2 servers, but with value added features, eg. full server management.

Tranxactglobal is a subsidiary of dv2. eservers.biz is a partner of dv2, not a reseller. You can't go wrong with either one IMHO. They sometimes have issues with setup times, but as everyone says, once you get your dv2 servers, you won't be disappointed. :)
