JenniH 02-23-2007, 04:40 AM Same here. We are attempting to free our domains from Registerfly... it's beginning to look like out of the frying pan and into the fire. zwolf 02-23-2007, 05:02 AM I sent a ticket to them over a month ago...Still have not heard back. I have given up hope that I will hear back from them anytime soon. Not sure if this is normal for them or not...I have only been with them for around 3 months. devoid 02-23-2007, 06:08 AM If you haven't received an email reply via their support center, log back in and check the status of the ticket(s). In our case, their ticket system was NOT emailing replies/responses, yet the reply/response was being posted in the system. They do some funny email forwarding in their support desk, and apparantly, it's still not working correctly. I talked to them about this last Jan, but it's still fluxed. The old system was better. zwolf 02-23-2007, 07:31 AM I stand corrected. Thanks for the tip devoid. I just logged into the help desk & they did respond to my question. I was looking out for an email which of course never arrived. That's good news then...they do respond! :D Most support systems send an email reply, so I find that a little unusual. AH-Tina 02-23-2007, 07:37 AM Their ticket support is spotty, but if you give them a call you almost always get fast, efficient and very friendly support. Their phone support is great, in my experience. --Tina jax113 02-23-2007, 08:06 AM i have check my tickets but they never respond to it kohashi 02-23-2007, 06:22 PM Last ticket a week ago took about 5-6 days to update something. :/ solidar 02-25-2007, 05:28 PM I see enm take 5-10 days for single ticket, so bad |
