hi all i have open 2 tickets om enom support center from 2 days ago but still nothing happend so what is the problem ???

Same here.

We are attempting to free our domains from Registerfly... it's beginning to look like out of the frying pan and into the fire.

I sent a ticket to them over a month ago...Still have not heard back. I have given up hope that I will hear back from them anytime soon. Not sure if this is normal for them or not...I have only been with them for around 3 months.

If you haven't received an email reply via their support center, log back in and check the status of the ticket(s). In our case, their ticket system was NOT emailing replies/responses, yet the reply/response was being posted in the system.

They do some funny email forwarding in their support desk, and apparantly, it's still not working correctly.

I talked to them about this last Jan, but it's still fluxed.

The old system was better.

I stand corrected. Thanks for the tip devoid. I just logged into the help desk & they did respond to my question. I was looking out for an email which of course never arrived. That's good news then...they do respond! :D
Most support systems send an email reply, so I find that a little unusual.

Their ticket support is spotty, but if you give them a call you almost always get fast, efficient and very friendly support. Their phone support is great, in my experience.

Last ticket a week ago took about 5-6 days to update something. :/

I see enm take 5-10 days for single ticket, so bad
