View Full Version : Weird 2checkout recurring problem

This is weird.

For some reason, some of my customers that signed up on the same date suddenly have the same order number. Even worse, 2checkout was not billing them.

After the numbers were not matching, I noticed that several clients hadnt even been billed for two months!!

Anyone else have this occur to them? :mad:

They 'referred' it to their billing deparment yesterday ... still waiting on pins and needles :(

We had 3 recurring orders that were due to be billed today, oddly enough I got emails stating that all 3 had failed.... seems a little fishy to me. :rolleyes:

No no ... I have one that hasnt been billed for more than A MONTH

Serves me right for not being on top of things :o

My recurring transaction which supposed to be billed on saturday 7-1-2002 was billed today. I asked yesterday and TomD at 2checkout said the gateway was down when they were tring to charge the transactions. They already run the transactions cause they charged my customers CC and I got email that it was successful. I aslo got a new order few minutes ago so I think everything is okay.

ARGH!

2checkout has still failed to even ACKNOWLEDGE the problem

Ahmed,

Try contacting sales directly sales@2checkout.com. That way you don't have to worry about your message getting lost in the "forward" limbo.

Billy said he had it forwaded it to billing.

asif 2checkout answer any of their customers, i've been waiting 6 weeks for answers.

At least paysystems have live chat ;)

What boggles me is that hte customers have the same ID, so if I try to look them up, I only get the same one :mad:
