Well, im also using one of their servers and can say, that they are awesome. Speeds are VERY good, support is excellent. They will help with any problem and will do it emediatelly. I really never had such great provider where is everything great. I think someone who is not sure to order server from them or not, just try and u def wont be dissapointed. Its worth to try.

All I can say is stay away from this guy, I will stay anonymous for now and tell you all this guy is, most of WHT will remember uniVPS, Sinan Gunay's scam company that ran off with a hell lot of money. Then he established LifeNIC which also did a little bit of selling on WHT and disappeared - guess what, LifeNIC was also selling on WHT and he was selling the same datacentres servers. This guy is Sinan Gunay himself and it has been proven on many many Turkish webmaster forums and I'll present all the proof here so you can decide for yourself.

First of all, this guy uses the nick affetmekyok on Turkish forums and someone asks him for help and he logs into the persons server - guess what, terminal name = LIFENIC.

and as an explanation he says he was very close friends with Sinan and he owned LifeNIC.COM but lended Sinan the domain name LifeNIC but Sinan scammed out people so he can't use the domainname anymore. bullcrap, he IS Sinan himself - not his friend or anything.

This affetmekyok (Sinan) person used to work as an outsourced tech support @ PowerVPS and his e-mail was kismet@defenderhosting.com - from here we can establish his real name is Kismet or he is using this an Alias too.

Now the PayPal payment, when it was sent to the member from LifeNIC - the account was a personal account in the name of Kismet Yenilmez, but when we check 6 months later, thanks to PayPal updating the logs, we can see the real deal.

As you can see, address Turkey - phone Turkey - its a Turkish business PayPal account and its been sent on the 5th of October for 4$, coincidence right? No, if you also check before sending a payment to TimesNW in PayPal - just before you confirm the payment it says Non-US Verified or Unverified Business Member (XX). If you click on this it will say - Business Country: TR

Why am I doing this? because I don't want more people to get hurt because of this guy, if the WHT moderators respect my right to anonimity I will post more proof as I get them. We are currently in contact with PayPal and also in US court with a WHT member that was scammed by this guy and trying to get a subpoena to learn more about this member. This will result in nothing Sinan, you can't do this forever. Just leave this sector or pay up damages and start a fresh life, you can't just continously change names - buy mail forwarding, SkypeIN numbers and act like you're someone else - your retarded enough to be using the same PayPal account and I will catch you every time. I'm right after you!

If you are saying those images are edited, I ask a few TimesNW customers to publish the image of their payment to TimesNW, this way we can see if they are fake or not. The person that owns the PayPal account in question that received payment from TimesNW is willing to create a VNC connection and any staff member that wishes can login via VNC and view the PayPal history live. Just so you know, nobody can add your e-mail to PayPal without having access to the e-mail itself ;) SO YEAH, CUT THE CRAP! SkypeIN is not hard to achieve. Your "associate" Kismet uses the affetmekyok username and we have proved this on 2 forums, the e-mail kismet@defenderhosting.com is the e-mail he registered and admins/moderators of the forums have verified this and can verify this.If you are an INC. can we have your EIN and FILE number together with state.

PS: Those address details in the whois are also fake (The Turkey one), I can bet the +98 Iran number is also fake...

I was just about to order a server with Times Network, as I kept reading this thread I got confused, there are so many countries involved here Germany, Turkey, Canada and if you see the RIPE info, India is also involved.

I then thought Why not initiate a chat with Phil (WHT user = TimesNetwork) as he told he is a Canadian, I am one too.

Once I started chat with him he responded and we had a little talk and he agreed to prove his existence in Canada. He is in Vancouver and gave me a landline number to call and I did called and talked to him.

My feeling is that Phil is well mannered and respectable Canadian in hosting business from what I listened to and prior testimonials here on WHT.

Apparently he is in collaboration/partnership with other person's whose names are mentioned above. I advised him to get out of that partnerships if they are proved scammers.

I am not vouching for Phil in any case but I do think he is a real person living in Canada 100% confirmed.

A landline (VoIP phone) is not a hard thing to get, I asked for your EIN and file number a few messages ago, give them to me then.

Also, due to many requests via MSN, and against my better judgement, I have removed Kismet's billing access.

I have transferred the PayPal account to my personal verified account and will be upgrading it as a business one, and we will be update the RIPE information and anything else pointing to Turkey that makes this confusing.

I asked him to take some screenshots incase they decide to change the password quickly, well now my reputable "Canadian" friend? It was a coincidence that theese 4 letters came next to each other to form the word EMRE? JUST FRIGGIN ACCEPT IT AND MOVE ON!

Well, the thing is that i knew this will happen. Before ordering from timesnw, i contacted one known guy, who has some contacts in NETDIREKT dc and he informed me, that timesnw buys everything from netdirekt reseller and the guy is who buys is know as founder of univps. I have read in the past about this guy, how he scammed people and etc, but since i got not bad offer from him, also i knew that its from netdirekt and the speeds will be good, i thought i will try it for month. I have got any problems with them, using almost a month. Had some problems with small things, but threw msn, he helped me to solve it. Also, i really loughed, then the guy from msn told me to send my problem to support mail and the guys from support will check it, but i managed to find out, that its same guy was answering threw msn and support mail. I sended few times mail to support and got no response. I specially checked all the time msn if he is online, and when he appeared online, i got answer from support about my problem after few minutes. It might be a coincidence, but it was like four times like that :) About paypal things, i can agree with gster (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/member.php?u=166259), cause he is right. Also about rdc connection showing his computer name its same as posted qster.

After this month i will end, i wont continue using timesnw. U will ask why, if im so happy with it as i stated at the begining of topic? Bc i really dont know what to expect in future from timenw. He might scam me later as he did in univps.
