I used it for a while and it worked great however it has its flaws.

First the ticket system is way to basic and so it the billing system.

The ticket system doesn't let you look up tickets without knowing the ID which is not very helpful.

If you are going to use it for just autosetup and don't plan on using the ticket system that much. Then its a great setup.

I used it for around 3 months. It did the job however it doesn't compete with different programs doing their own thing

Using PerlDesk, Nixt.org would be your best solution.
