I have a domain with idotz.net, a .se.
I renewed the domain some time ago, like 2 weeks, and I do a whois from my server on it and it's still not renewed for another year.
I did a whois on idotz own whois, and surely enough it was renewed for another year there.

I double checked from various whois services and it still didn't show up as renewed. (Including nic-se.se, the official .se registry site.)

So naturally I emailed support, and this is the email I get:


We can ONLY validate OUR whois, we have NOT control over OTHER web site and the accruate of THEIR information.

So heh, I really like this domain, but should I be worried that it's never going to get renewed? I mean.. Does anyone else have experience with idotz, the .se registry, or anything that might shed some light on this?

If all else fails can anyone give me a registrar that handles .se but has paypal payment?

Bah I'm sending off another complaint on this to idotz.

I renewed it on jan 30th now that I checked my email records. I also sent off another email to idotz.

may be manual renew, i see such country codes are not realtime processing

solidar yes sir.. got a new email from idotz some time later where they told me .se can't renew in advance, so i must always use their whois to check.
