Does anyone use the hosting company, The Top Host from http://www.thetophost.net

What are your thoughts on them?

I've never used them, and didn't perform a domain WHOIS, but there is absolutely no Alexa rank for the site, so I'd venture a guess that they're either pretty new, or pretty unpopular - though unpopularity may not at all be a bad thing.

You can search it from http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php to find reviews that made about them. But I think they are not a popular company. I recommend what you choose a more popular and reliable company.

I looked into them when considering a shared plan. Their starting package seemed agressive. However, I had trouble finding out where they are located. Do you know? I agree that it's difficult to find any good reviews on them, even outside of WHT.

Their hosting plans don't look to bad, If you were to concider using them, maybe do a little reseach in to them before commiting, also maybe send some test support tickets to see how long it takes to get a good response.
