According to registerflies.com, one of the owners and the VP of RegisterFly are trying hard to correct the mess that the other owner, Kevin Medina, has allegedly created with the RegisterFly system.

If you register on registerflies.com (free registration), you gain access to a support form that you can use to submit directly to the people endeavouring to rectify the situation there.

This is what registerflies says:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
Submitted forms will be Sent to High Level Support for Immediate Attention!

John and Glenn of Registerfly have set up a special email for all of the registered members of this website in which a support form we've provided to help in the process has been published and is available to all registered members of Registerflies.com. They are gaining control of the servers and they are working around the clock to train new support staff and address these issues.

Once you've registered on this site, there will be a 'SUPPORT FORM' button on the top of the page and in the Main menu that will sent directly to top staff at Registerfly.com so that they may address the issues promptly. Please be brief and to the point as most of the support staff is going to be relatively new.

Please fill out the information accurately and describe your problem briefly. There are going to be a lot of submissions so please be patient as each problem is dealt with individually.

Please do not submit multiple forms. Just one form per registered User.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There does seem to be light at the end of the RegisterFly tunnel:

is this mean that I don't have to transfer my existing domain to other registrar ? is this mean that I can buy new domain safely ?

The OP's post above merely means registered users of that site who fill that form
will go directly to Registerfly's support. Nothing more.

Trying to save a dying company isn't easy.

As to registerflies, they are hosted with hostgator, and the site was down due to many traffic. It seems they are now in a dedicated server, so the site is up again.

As far as I know they went a few days ago to a dedicated server and here the site is still down. Its over 10 hours now...

I have many domains at registerfly, and I need them unlocked, because someone want to buy some of them. And I am unable to unlocked it at registerfly system. If someone can PM me, that's good.

I don't know about fast but the first feedback from users (well, a user) who used the form is positive. His problem was resolved, he received the auth codes he wanted. Check out registerflies.com for more details.

Well here a message from the (former) non believer in the new support from RF
But I received a personal email from Michael end Mark Registerfly!
They told me that the whole data base is still messed up but they are working on it.
They personal will change the name server on all my domains with them.

I must say I am present surprised and I see good things are happening.
Also I have been at the chat at registerflies last night, GMT+1, and I heard some other positive results that users are getting their domain unlocked.

Great I must say and also to the regsiterflies.com admin for having the new RF support forum there as I see, even after 3 days, it works!
Great guys I hope all will be soon as happy as I am!

u r fortunate. As of writing now, both of them are down. Its gonna take a long while B4 they can straighten things up. I have paid godaddy to do a transfer all my domains over once registerfly is up. Currently there's nothing we can do.

Good luck to everyone trying to transfer the domains.

I too have many domains stuck at registerfly. I hope they can unlock them quickly and restore back those contact infos.

Does anyone else have a problem with SSL certs? One of mine is saying it has expired when it hasn't and the siteseal doesn't work. Tried support and no reply in over 48hrs. I have now sent support by the registerflies.com support form.
