If someone from HostDime would PM or email me their contact info it would be greatly appreciated. Today I reached the breaking point and have had enough...
I have a customer who has not been able to access their Site Studio URL for over a day now, and is losing money because his competitor is advertising free shipping at his site...and with not being able to update his site via Site Studio, he can not.
My customer is located in Oregon (one of the few states in the US that do not have a sales tax), and gets a lot of business for the high dollar item that he sells as a result. He now has a competitor also in Oregon.
I have kept every email since I started hosting with HostDime and am prepared to share every one of them on this forum along with my story. Your service isn't bad when it's not broken, but when there is a problem...IMHO you guys can't fix it in a timely manner to save your life.
What I want to do, is get you to fix the Site Studio login so he can update his site, give you my 30 day notice and go elsewhere. Can you get this fixed so we can part company on something other than extremely bad terms?
Oh and if someone thinks I'm a 1 hit wonder just coming here to slag HostDime...look at my join date on this site. I've just been lurking for an extended period. I'm prepared to IM the admins with my domain names and all that nonsense so my story can get validated.
