Is it possible to have more than 1 set of nameservers on a RaQ3? So I can have ns1.dim8.net/ns2.dim8.net and a client can have ns1.theirdomain.com/ns2.theirdomain.com

Yes, but you need a different ip for every nameserver.

Add these in your dns:

ns1.yourdomain.com A 211.111.111.111
ns2.yourdomain.com A 211.111.111.112
ns1.clientdomain.com A 211.111.111.113
ns2.clientdomain.com A 211.111.111.114

Of couse replace with your real values.
The same for the raq4.
