Faery Magic 07-02-2002, 10:37 PM I am sorry, but I have to step in here, what exactly Tim are you offering? You have no business to offer at present. I signed with Paradise Designs 6 days ago and have not had a site almost the whole time. First his cpanel license expired (due to non payment we suspect) then the servers went down and we (the fools that have stayed on through all of this) keep getting told it will be today, then the next, then the next. When I suggested a refund as I have not received the product I bought merely days ago, Tim said he would fight me legally. He scared me into waiting and waiting days as he has my credit card details and I am in a very fragile position as he has the power to abuse my finances. I am very angry with how I have been treated here, the fear, not knowing when my site will be up, the lies and deceipt. Fine, I paid with amex and plan to persue it to the full extent of my power as a customer. I am documenting this all for amex. I also find his emails and comments quite immature and suspect this is a very very young operator. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!! I run a legitimate and highly regarded domain and cannot believe what this guy has done and how he runs this business. Please don't post problems that you're having with our server here. We're working on solving this issue on MSN without posting it here. We have offered you a refund due to the downtime and CPanel problems and you said you was just testing our relations with customers.
Also notice her status "Totally Newbie" Just coming to post something about our service.

Are you legitimatly trying to offer a good product or scam clients and provide a bad name to honest hosters out there. Can you clear this up as a lot of people are sure curious.
TimPD 07-04-2002, 04:07 AM We're not scammers. We was experiencing some issues with our cPanel as well as one of our servers. We have provided a refund to everyone that has asked without a problem and will continue to do so. We have a great product and did have a great reputation here at WHT until a few post was made which wasn't called for. If anyone wishes to they can e-mail me personally at tim[at]paradise-designs.net and I will glady answer any question you may have about this issue.
Techark 07-04-2002, 04:17 AM Would those few post be the ones where you refused to give back money for a design you didn't complete or the one where you cussed your customer out for wanting to cancel her hosting account, or would that be the post where you took money for cpanel lic but didn't pay the bills to your supplier so everyone got cut off? Inquiring minds want to know what un-warranted post were made? And the server that is down form my understanding is becasue you did not pay the bill on it, feel free to correct me if am wrong.
If you want to come clean Tim then do so, be upfront and honest, tell people how old you are, pay your bills and treat your customers with respect not contempt.
And how are you CEO of Paradise Designs if you are not old enough to sign a contract how did you incorporate?
TimPD 07-04-2002, 04:23 AM We respect all of our customers. I will admit with that one customer I did take it to far as I was in a bad mood and I took it out on her which was the wrong thing to do. The server that was down didn't have to do with not paying the bill. It was paid.

I think people are getting a little sick of your run-arround and double talk. Try to be a little more professional and I just have one more point to add. No matter how mad you ever get at the client there is no excuse for rude behavior and swearing out a customer. ( former or not ) Good luck and I hope you learn something about business ethics and business edicute.

Servstra-Sales 07-04-2002, 08:25 AM Not too sure where you learnt your customer service skills Tim, but I suggest you have a good hard think about the way you have treated some of your customers/ex-customers or else before you know it, the goodwill of your company will be going down the drain (if it hasn't already).
