Not to hint too much here but.....
What features would you overcome you with joy when found in a 3rd party merchant processor? Let me know what you think.
(if this is the wrong forum for this thread, mods please move)
Thanks,

Alot of the same features as 2CO...
I think they would be the best example of a great 3rd party merchant...

People who actually offer the phone when you need them.

I'd like to see the fees a bit lower.
$.45 and 5.5% per transaction hurts, especially when I have several hundred $3.95 transactions per month. Maybe $.25 and 3.5% or something like that.
Let us take checks online.
Deposits more often than 2 times a month, maybe every $1000 in sales, keeping the first $1000 for chargebacks.
I'm pretty happy with 2CO but I'm payin out around $800-900 in fees per month and a real merchant account, hassles and all, is starting to look attractive.

ECHO: 2.2%, .35 per transaction, no fees for chargebacks, $99 to get started, $20 per month minimum costs.
