When a adminstrator of a site FTPs to his/her web site, they are placed into the /users/ folder.. is there any way to have it so when a adminstrator FTPs to his/her site, they are placed into the /web folder? Many of our clients are new to FTP and don't understand how to "back out of /users/username and into /web"

In the ftp client add "/web" into the remote directory box.
Note that this user has to be a site administrator to have access there.

There are other ways to do that but this is very easy :)
