Just wondering if anybody knows of any good point of sale software?

The difference being that it we do NOT want to use bar codes and it has to be a simple big button type system. We have loads of products in our OSCommerce store and want to put them into a system that can be used in our shop for orders that are made over the phone or from people actually in the shop.

If anybody knows of any readily available software that can be customized or good providers of this kind of thing I'd be really grateful if you could recommend them here
