Can anyone help with the issue?

I have just downloaded and installed Perldesk to my web site. I enter the URL for the admin.cgi and it ask for the userid and password. I enter 'admin/demo' and it displays a page with the linkl of 'cgi-bin/admin.cgi?do=main', but the screen is BLANK.

What am I missing? I set the permissions per the Install document.

Thanks!!!!

It's a cookie problem.

I deleted the cookies on my desktop and I still get the blank screen after logging in as admin. Is there supposed to be something special in the cookie?

Thanks!!

If you gave the wrong path to perldesk during the install, it would give you a blank screen when logging into the admin page, and the pdesk.cgi page would have nothing but a header and footer. I made that mistake when I installed Perldesk.

It as the 'data' path setting that was incorrect. It wanted the Complete path starting from root and I was only giving it the path starting from my URL.

Thanks to ALL.
