Can someone please tell me the quickest way to reach affordablecolo tech support? I have tried charles@affordablecolo.com and emergency@webworkscorp.com and have received no answers. Their tech support phone number on their web site is no longer useful either. And of course the username/password they sent for the new help desk is somewheres on an unreachable server at this time. Any sort of insight on this would be helpful in my plight. I appreciate your time.

Last I heard they were moving offices... maybe they're still doing that and that's why your having getting in contact with them?

Support isnt slow you were sent out a email 3 times 2 months ago about us moving offices tduring the move our support line never changed. Hosthelpdesk.com. We recvd a reboot request from you some time ago and rebooted it per your instructions. I also emailed you so you may want to check your mail.
Your reboot request was filled minutes after we got it, support isnt running slow.

I reread my post a couple times, but I still don't see where I mentioned anything about speed of support (or for that matter satisfaction with your services, so far). Nor do I have issues with the fact you have moved. Thats all fine with me. As far as the phone number goes, it very well could work, it just doesn't seem to be working from my current location (not useful right now -- for me).

Per the email, we sent out over the last couple of months until swb moves our 800 number we wont have 800 support only helpdesk email and icq. I apol. you didnt mention the speed of our support but someone else in the post did.
Weve rebooted it a second time per your isntructions.
Let me know via helpdesk, email or icq if you have any further problems.
800 support will resume tomorrow under a new number you will be emailed.
But as always helpdesk reboots are handled within minutes.
