Anybody having a problem with Qoozz hosting?
My sites been down for 2 days and only got a message from them this morning that they're 'shutting down the server for a couple of minutes to transfer the backups made over to the new server'
Sites are still down and haven't heard from them since

Same situation here. Everything is down, they're not responding to tickets, and no phone number to call. I'm starting to regret paying for three months of hosting upfront. :(
EDIT: Back up again, but for how long?

We have keep everyone updated through progressive emails regarding the transfer process. Sites have only been down during the transfer of the backups to the new server and also during the DNS propagation, but everything was up within the hour mark. All transfers have been completed and I've verified that all your sites are in place.

They are hosted on a different physical server from our main server, and that is the only problematic server that we had so far. As of now, we have transferred all our clients on that server to a new server and is now running in good condition. As always, we provide an option to all clients to be transferred to another server anytime they are not happy with the ones that their current account is sitting on.

I've had a reseller account with them from last 5 months and have never faced any major downtime. There have been a few problems with Email but the support is quick and I usually get response within 30 mins.
I would say they are the best hosting company around for the price we pay them!

Dear WebHostingTalk viewers
I am a music manager, with 2 Multi Platinum selling recording artists as clients. Qoozz have hosted my websites for around a year now. Both the service and uptime, has been perfection. The speeds are superb. They also host www.westcoastaftershock.com (http://www.westcoastaftershock.com) which is an urban music news portal that recieves a huge amount traffic, yet the cost of the hosting package is phenominal, the cheapest around for the top quality service they offer. Also the support that Qoozz offer is better than any other web host I have experienced (Appart from Flux Servives, who are excellent like Qoozz). I have asked Qoozz Support for help with transfers, scripts, etc, you name it. They have always helped me, and exceeded my expectations. You cannot fault their service or support in anyway. I have a lot to thanks Qoozz for.
I own over 25 domain names/websites and use only Qoozz and FluxServices to host them, as they are easily the best 2 webhosting companies I have found. I have previously gone through over 30 web hosts in the last 8 years!
Thanks Qoozz. Keep up the great work - their servers uptime is perfect.
