Hi,

I'm looking for a software like the ones used by angel.com and that type of service. I only need it for my own business and I also need to use it in my own non English native language. (That is why I really can't use angel.com)

What I'm looking for is something that can answer my support phone and when the user "punch" the number the system takes the customer to responses that we have pre-recorded and if none of the questions/answers are they get directed to something else :)

Did I make any sense or...:)

you can use the numbers with angel.com

hit one for whatever
hit two for next thing.

ok, I was under the impression that it was only used with voice input. But if it works with the phone buttons it might work for me.

But, I would be interested in a software that I can run locally anyway. So any help appreciated, thanks.

Check your connection provider, they usually have this option. (thats phone line provider).
