I've just noticed the GoDaddy now lets you make a choice of redirects when forwarding a domain. You can now make a choice of 301 (permanent) or 302 (temporary) Redirects.

This now makes 2 registrars (afaik) which give you 301 redirect forwarding. Moniker and GoDaddy.
