Hi, question about Pool.com. How does it work?

I go to a domain name and it lands on a Pool.com parked page saying "This domain is for sale!" But searching on pool.com doesn't show the domain, and they didn't even answer my email.

Just wondering how do they work? I'm interested in purchasing the domain, it says it's for sale for many weeks now.

Which email address did you use? service@pool.com or info@pool.com? If you used one, try the other. My experience has been it usually took 48-72hrs to get a response.

is it a parked domain or an expiring one?
