I am checking PHPLive Downloaded Version and like to know how it is?

Because I know Kayako SupportSuite's livechat system is not working great.. such as delay and not sending message sometime...(I guess it is due to system and network issue or could be script..)

I don't want PHPLive downloaded version to be like that...

Is there anyone using PHPLive downloaded version? If so, please let me know how it is..

We use php live download version and have not had any issues with it. We got the most expensive version and the desktop client. We do not use the web app that often but we have used it.

We prefer the desktop app.

I see. Is it Owned or Downloaded Version Premium?

so you don't see any delay and so on?
