Trying to get some ideas on how to set up a shared server with proper security and with out compromising server resources for sites that will use php software.

I dont plan on having los of customers running forum boards but I dont wanna have to kick the ones that do off to quickly for eating up resources because the server was locked down too tight for securities sake.
