We use worldpay to process our credit card payments and just received an email from them promoting web fusion a uk web host and how we should host with them haha

I'm waiting to hear whether this email has gone to all of our customers too, if so really good when your processor promotes competitors to your clients huh?

Worldpay recently signed an agreement with HostEurope for cross promotion, so Host Europe promote WorldPay and WorldPay return the favour. So there is a very good chance that all of your customers got the email too.

I e-mailed them about this and they said that your customers will not be getting the e-mail, only those people who have merchant accounts with them.

that's at least better news, still don't see anything in the TOS we signed that said we would accept email from them promoting 3rd party products
