No, servers only include 1 IP Address, but you got a big block of IPv6 addresses.

Before rushing into one of these deals..I my server was capped today at 6mbps after doing 1TB in a couple of weeks. I'm on the 62 Euro plan.

You're not capped in any way, you are on a fully 100Mbps shared connection, but the minium guarateed traffic is 5Mbps, there might be a high bandwidth usage and you might not be able to burst more than 5Mbps.

Traffic: Minimum guaranteed bandwidth. (example: you are on a 100Mbps shared connection, but you have 5Mbps always available guaranteed, you can use more depending on network usage).

Is it possible to use your MySql servers or should I absolutely install on my server ?

If you choose a OS with a control panel like Plesk, your server will have MySQL installed when you receive it, if the OS doesn't include a control panel and you want to use MySQL you will have to install it by yourself.

My problem it isn't how to install but to have MySql on a separate server, I know some company that let customers use it otherwise I should rent two server.
