I just saw that HostRocket now offers a reseller plan. I looked in their support area and saw that a similar question was asked, but was not answered, so I thought I would ask here and maybe someone who is using the plan can speak on how they like it.

How does the plan work? I purchase credits and then sell them for whatever I want. On their reseller pack, it states a price, but it looks like flat fees, so how much are my fees per month? Is it each month I have to turn around and buy new packs?

Also, how does the automated billing work?

It seems something like a Alabanza/VDI type deal with the automation, which is great. I am hoping Brendan will pop by and enlighten me. :)

I was impressed by the server specs. I know HR went through a rough patch during the summer, but from the looks of it, it seems like they are doing great now. Keep up the good work!

With HostRocket's reseller plan, you buy a 5-pack of accounts at first, and then add them one-at a time as you get more accounts.
I'm sure Brendan will pop in to give more info. They are a fine company and you won't go wrong with them.

I did email them this morning with no response. My email is turned on here, so an email reply is fine with me. I thought a direct answer to my question would be appropriate. Spamming the board is completely another issue.
