I think Robert should add a forum for support techs to chat in. To share there tips and tricks when dealing with customers and so on.

Seems to me it makes sense to create new forums when there's so much message traffic on a given subject that it's overwhelming an existing forum, or when it's regularly taking an existing forum off-topic. There's no traffic here illustrating a demand for a forum specific to chat among support techs. Creating a new forum for every subject that anyone might want to talk about would result in there being a whole lot of forums.
