I am trying to change the mx records in GoDaddy's simple control panel on a vps.

I can't seem to figure it out. Any ideas on how to do this or if anyone knows where some documentation is I could read. I would appreciate it. I can get to the full DNS control just don't know what values to enter in the fields to point to a different mail server.
