Yeah, one of my buddies bought a template off him a couple days ago and still never recieved it. I am calling there toll free number up tonight to find out what the hell is going on.

Spoke to him today twice, surprised to find out he's 16 etc. I did not really care but reading on I've seen he's fooled many. I can't believe I've been so blind. I've sent him a refund request; if I don't get my money back in 2 days I am calling my lawyer.

timechange, you should be able to get him if you have to call a lawyer. From what I know he has a relative over 18 sign for all his stuff so he's got parents/guardians or someone over 18 who can be liable for him.... Although personally I think someone should put a call into his parents, since they have a right to know about the mess he's in.

I don't want to "get him" but this time the kind of his "achievements" has reached legendary status. My jaw dropped when I heard his voice - sounds like 14-16 - and all along on ICQ he has been posing as a person my age (30+)

I've no problem dealing with younger people, provided that have a fairly mature and responsible approach to their obligations.

This doesn't surprise me one bit , after the dealings I had with him about a month ago , and the recent string of bad post in the past few weeks and this new cpanel issue I would about say TIM is through and is in hiding. I would tell you to find the number on his site but that's down too , I am so glad I ditched all bussiness with him in the past few weeks , he even had the nerve to cancel my reseller account several days early , even though I paid to a certain date:eek:

I know when the incedent I had with him over the web design put a dagger in his bussiness as he told me it hurt him badly , then the follow up post over the past few weeks I think have really did him in for good.

I have the number around here somewhere ..LOL
