hello :)
I gues lots of hosts use msn for providing support to their customers, but how exactly?
I'm offering hosting together with 2 other people and we are already using msn to comunicate with eachother.
We do not want to post 3 different msn contacts on our site, but at the same time we want that who is online is connected and able to chat with the customer.
Is there a way to share 1 msn account?
Thanks a lot for your hints,
chris

Why don't you get a chatroom or something like www.clickchatsold.com?
We don't chat with our clients unless requested. Then we'd offer them our MSN, AIM, etc screen names. If they don't have any of these we would setup CCS to chat with them.

As far as i know you cannot share an msn account, why not just arrange a time when one of you will be online say person 1 between 10am-12pm person 2 12pm-2pm something like that with one msn account.
Personally we dont use msn for support, just email, we ocassionally use AIM but this is only for our Aol customers as we are using aol and its easier to do it like that.

I agree with AcuNett, I think you would love www.clickchatsold.com, as many Reps can sign on at the same, you choose who you want to talk to, and it doesn't slow down your web site at all. Plus it is free!

Yeah, get some live chat program like Humanclick. There are alternatives to Human click like Clickchatsold and stuff. Do a search and you should find a few others that are free.
