Feblove doesn't work for renewals I believe (tried a few days ago).

However I have heard that Namecheap sometimes offer you a personal renewal code to take $1 off each domain you renew, but you need to email them directly and ask. I haven't done this yet but when my next renewal comes up I'll give it a try.
