I'm planning to move some important domains to Register.com and Netsol.com
Price is not an issue at this time.
I'm looking for long term security for the development of my domains during many years.
Some experience with the above companies?
I'm already a client with moniker, but looking for other options.
Thanks

I've used register.com in the past, don't recall anything special. Though you could get a live support person almost instantly which is rather nice. I think mainly they have name going for them and probably higher support availability (my guess is that is what you're paying for most).

Do they have other things that eNom offers?
Such as url forwarding, email aliases, Complete DNS management (A, MX, CNAME...)? Anything you've NOT noticed which was important?
I sold a domain to a noob who wanted to transfer the domain away to Register.com. They couldn't help him out and even gave him some bad advice. It was the longest transfer I've ever been involved in. 3-4 weeks. NetSol (via their reseller) would be my choice of these two.

Yes, they have phone support if you need them. But be forewarned that many customer service people there are not really that knowledgeable. My first hand experience with them were quite dated though.
