Is there any way to set a more enforcing default spam policy from exim/spamassasin conf files? I want to automatically drop the emails that hit a certain spam score and disable bounces/double bounces by default from the config files not from the WHM separatly for each account.

etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf is the global server wide file. The user_pref files will over write these commands though.
