I have tried to pay by credit card since 12hours without success. It's just returned

The PayPal site is currently experiencing technical difficulties with our credit card processor. We are working to solve this problem as quickly as possible. If you would like to Send Money, please fund your payment with your PayPal balance, PayPal Buyer Credit or bank account. If you would like to use your credit card, please return to the PayPal website later to complete your transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

is there anyone facing to it? Or only me see this error? I wonder how long does it take for fixing error?

thanks,

I just tested it with a small payment and was able to send a credit card payment with no errors. I was using the "Send Money" page from within my account, so I don't know if you are looking at that or are using a checkout page from eBay or some other website.

my vendor sent me a paypal invoice, so I log in, click to Pay, then the error message appears. Have tried 5-6 times within last 15hours without any success

See if you can use the "Send Money" option to pay the vendor, instead of the Pay button on the invoice. If that doesn't work, you'll need to contact PayPal's customer service to see what the problem might be that's preventing your account from paying.

Be sure to report this to PayPal any time it happens, to you or your customer, so they can see how big the problem is. If you have a Premier or Business account, you can even call toll-free: log in to your account and click the "Help" link at the top of the page, then look for the "Contact Us by phone" option.

still no reply from Paypal, and my account was limited now. Is it limited because Paypal processor was not working, and because I raised a ticket to them? Too bad!!!!
