Our designers are used to designing for print so were looking for a few pointers!! Go find a hammer. Beat one of your designers in the head, in the area of the cerebral cortex, so that he forgets everything he's ever learned or seen about web design... not just web design, but color theory, composition... all training of western art. Then build the site PIXEL BY PIXEL, using no photoshop filters, using no existing fonts, layouts etc. Then use a custom built control panel, **BUT** do not list the features in an any sort of coherent order that one of 100,000 hosts might use. Do not even think about listing unlimited anything. Now... if you do all that.. maybe, just maybe, he will build a site that ****, some cronie of ******, or ******** won't cry that you've ripped thier page (or someone elses). Good luck...
