I have just order their - Cobalt RaQ3 yesterday and faxed the agreement form.

I thought its 1 hour setup time as mention in the nice leaflet, but till today nothing is done. No e-mail, no call and no fax confirmation regarding my order or what so ever. I tried calling them a couple of attempts and I guess its my luck all my calls went straight to voice mail. Yes I did left a message.

To be honest I'm freaking out here. Anybody got any direct extention to the sales guys there?

Its my first time getting a delicated server so like all first timers, I'm very anxious to start working on it.

Thats odd, I didnt even know catalog.com has voicemail unless its after hours, as its supposed to be a huge company, they were having a lot of problems awhile back ago, I hope they arent going under...

that is strange... They were quick as heck with me. My fax was broken so I told them that I would mail the contract/agreement to them... within 4 hours of emailing them my server was up and running. Although I think they are a bit overloaded right now. As billing for the last 2 months has been behind. I've always received my invoice on the 12 of the month but last month It didn't show up to the 15th and I haven't gotten my invoice for this month yet either...

Who have you been in contact with anyways?

I can tell you they are a great company... the connection problems they had months ago are long gone...

Send an email to jsullivan@ (that's Joe, the Op's Manager) and tell him you're waiting....

I have nothing but good to say about them...

Certify,

I aplogize for the lack of respose. If you have not received any confirmation yet, please email me at dedicated@catalog.com and it will be taken care of. The reason you may have ended up in voice mail was due to myself and the technicans commuting between datacenters restoring Cobalts that have fell victim to the recent BIND and ProFTP exploits - All who read this I highly advise you install these patches from Cobalt ASAP.
