I can guarantee I will get a faster answer to that question here than from MB support. How do I do that without canceling the account now? Running Version 4.4.0:B-2:REL:I:22.

Quick question, do you want it to terminate at the end of the term or not?

Yes, that would be best.

You can't tell MB to cancel something in the future. You either have to set it to cancel, and remember to manually shut down the account at that later date...or remember to cancel it in MB on whatever date you wish.

I saw in another thread, that you switched to WHMCS. Can a "scheduled cancellation" be done with WHMCS?

I don't know. I haven't needed to do that. I don't think it can, but I could be wrong.

Create a non-renew order group, put in the packages as one time items and you are done. Very easy to do.
