Marty 02-13-2001, 11:23 AM wonderdesk is the only one I know of that is good. It is pricey thought. http://wonderdesk.com syanet 02-13-2001, 07:09 PM I just ran across this one http://www.softopia.com/www.html . It works great except I can't get it to generate anything other then '1' for the refrence number. If anyone decides to play around with it let me know. syanet 02-13-2001, 07:17 PM Well, go that problem fixed. If anyone is looking for a very nice looking and free trouble ticket system I suggest this one. The one drawback is that it can only send e-mail to one address. sitesdepot 02-19-2001, 09:00 AM http://www.exmile.com/?a=3s It's php and perl based. Boksoft 02-19-2001, 09:36 AM Thanks for that link. Those guys stole my website layout!! (find the similarities with boksoft.com) Let's see what they have to say about that... Chicken 02-19-2001, 09:43 AM There's only one or two similarities, I wouldn't sweat it. (And I'm far from certain that it is a stolen design, doesn't really seem so). Boksoft 02-19-2001, 09:46 AM Chicken, Open up the two sites in a seperate window. Then click fast on these windows. You'll notice that the only thing they changed is their logo, menu and content. The header and footer is the same, the exact colors are used, and the exact measures... They didn't duplicate it, but took our graphics and modified it... Arnoud PS. Chicken, I hope your eyes are not getting worse, that's not good for a moderator :) [Edited by Boksoft on 02-19-2001 at 08:49 AM] Craig 02-19-2001, 09:51 AM It working ok? Because i was looking into one of those... You got a URL with your's in operation? would like to see it in action.. Cheers Craig syanet 02-19-2001, 03:40 PM Unfortunatley no, it won't work on my RaQ.
