Are you getting errors when trying to download your history as well? I am getting nothing but error messages from PayPal when trying to download my history. This is making things very difficult for taxes.

Please paste the errors you are getting along with Browser Version.
I have just tried to download my History, and have received no errors whatsoever.
Also, tell us what options you are using to download.

download completed with firefox without problems ;)

I tried clearing my cache and cookies and used IE6 and Firefox2 and it gives this error:

We are sorry, we are experiencing temporary difficulties. Please try again later. If this error occurred while making a payment, avoid duplicate payments by checking your Account Overview before resending a payment.

Message 4001

I tried downloading the history from:

1/1/06 - 2/1/06 and it gives the error, and I tried downloading

1/1/07 - 2/1/07 and it gives the error. It has been going on like this all week at different times. Ironically it works when you do not select a custom date field.

I am having no trouble either. What browser are you using?

EDIT: Nevermind, that answered the question.

so it's a paypal error,maybe it's just some accounts having this error and according to paypal it will be fixed asap :)

Yeah I tried calling PayPal three times but I always get transferred to the history department and some guy who can barely speak English answers the phone. I have no idea wtf he is talking about.

Yay it looks like they fixed it :D Or for the most part it is working now. When I contacted their support today they said that they left a note for the techs to check out my account and now it is working. Phew :)

use to have the same problem but it seem that their have fixed the problem
