Looking for a hosting template from one of the pro's on here.

Here is what I want:
Fast Loading under 20-30 seconds on dial up.
Prefer Orange, Lighter Blues and Black, No Red.

Must work in cross-browsers (NS 4+ IE 4+)
Must work in 800X600 and 1024X768 (minimum)

No Flash, No Pop-Up Nav bar's (DHTML)

Main page needs a place for at least 4 different plans.

Looking to pay between $100-200 maybe more depending on how it looks and how much more work you want to do as far as the rest of the site.

Please show me some work. I don't want used templates or copies of someone else's work. Originality is what we are looking for.

BTW:
The small price for customization is for changing little things such as text or color.

The large price is when you give me the color scheme you want, specs, content, etc. and I hand you back everything ready to upload to a server.
