With a one year customer agreement I think you might have a hard time finding customers even with your great prices.
The above servers on special only require a six month agreement.
We are in a data center in Greenville, SC - NOT VDI's data center. We have an agreement with VDI to offer their control panel outside of their data center.
For a limited time, we will accept six month agreements on our standard dedicated server offers as well.

Does the agreement valid also for colocated server? If it does (would be great it it does :) ), can you tell us how much we would have to pay for the CPanel/Web host manager if I want to colocate my server there?
