Just wanna ask all the experts here about my reseller account.
I have an existing cPanel account (eg. mydomain.com) and when I purchased my reseller account, I wanted mydomain.com to be the core domain name and I just needed to update my nameservers. But the thing is that when WHM was installed and my existing cPanel ported over, I don't know how to go about changing the ported cPanel account to for example higher disk quota, bandwidth etc. When I checked under List Accounts in WHM, there's nothing there still although I was expecting something like "Admin account" or something. Any help rendered is greatly appreciated.

Then, you'll need to go to the account modify, and change it to the plan you wish to change it to.
If you need any further clarification, please let me know :)

Hi CEnggine. Thanks for your assistance. I get the following error when I try to create a new account:-
Sorry, a DNS entry for mydomain.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)
What do I do now?

What do I do now?Contact your host using their support methods. They'll have to do that in whatever cluster setup they have.
Just explain to them what you're trying to do, and explain that error message, and they can help you out.
I would help, but alas, I don't have access to their server like they do :) :P

I think that you can edit the DNS entries (from WHM) and then try again to add your domain.
