I have done a search on this topic and did not come up with much. Can some of you that currently have these on your site, share your experience and feedback on what software/script that you used to create your Knowledge Base / FAQ.

I also would be interested in software that will allow me to create User Guides to be included with the knowledge base.

PerlDesk have a knowledge base built in. It's really good too.

I searched for some software a while ago, I didn't come up with anything overly brilliant. In the end we just decided to build a FAQ section into our helpdesk.

If you find a good FAQ / knowledgebase script, I'd be interested in checking it out though.

Try "Faq Engine"... a PHP/ MySQL FAQ system that also allows you to keep a knowledgebase.

I found it over at http://www.hotscripts.com a few weeks ago.

It's pretty handy, once you get used to the interface.
